The Coxe Group is the oldest and largest multi-discipline management consulting firm that serves the design professions.

Our education and experience are in organization management, financial management, marketing, personnel management and behavioral science. Many of us are registered professionals in the fields we serve. Some of us have carried responsibilities as principals and managers.

With such a broad base, we can address collectively all the issues surrounding a firm's goals, plans, structure, people and finances. When you work with The Coxe Group, you have access to this entire resource.

Management of professional service firms is a new discipline that has developed within this generation. Until now, practices rarely endured beyond the professional lives of their founders. Today's increasingly complex organizations need to be skillfully led and managed to endure. Our Clients

We work only with professional service firms: architects, engineers, planners, interior designers, construction managers, construction companies, lawyers, advertising firms, and related organizations.

Since 1967, we have provided counsel to more than 1500 firms ranging in size from sole practitioners to 5,000 in staff. They are located throughout the United States and in Canada, Europe, and Australasia. Some are already into their eighth generation of continuous operation; others have sought our help before starting up a practice. Our client roster parallels the size, age, and nature of firms active in the professions we serve.

We have learned not to accept an assignment unless we feel the client is sincerely interested in achieving realistic goals. We are proud that the successes of a number of our clients have been recognized nationally by management achievement awards and by publication in professional journals.

We charge on a professional time basis. Clients may use as much or as little of our time as is appropriate to the assignment.
