Nancy Duvall Horne founded NDH Search in Los Angeles in 1998, establishing her company as one of the leaders in the globalization of architecture. Her executive recruitment firm services the major players in the architecture and design world. For the past 28 years, Horne has built an unprecedented reputation based on integrity, process management and results. Working closely with some of the world’s most prestigious architecture and design firms, she has a deep understanding of her client’s personal and professional goals and talents.
Early in her career, while in college at Boston University studying political science, international cultures and business, she saw a gap in the marketplace for a true specialty firm to work in conjunction with NDH Search to find the right cultural fit for both the design firm and the individual.
She has expanded her practice to international regions such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong and throughout Europe.
Nancy lives in the Hudson Valley in New York.
